I'm married but I was never proposed too or engaged. We had a baby, stayed together, and then one day were getting married. It doesn't seem very fair!
All that said, from what I've read about your man, I'd be willing to bet that he's planning something so big, so totally awesome, that you'll be blown away by his proposal!!!
I'm bitter too! I refuse to hear of ANY engagements till I hear about yours! Just sayin.
